The purpose of the Share Option Scheme is to provide incentives or rewards to the eligible persons for their contribution to, and continuing efforts to promote the interests of, the Group and to enable the Group to recruit and retain high-caliber employees and attract human resources that are valuable to the Group and any entity in which the Group holds any equity interest.
